Full office strip out and refurbishment fit out
THE CHALLENGE
The brief was to completely transform unused space with- in the old wheat mill. This empty space was to be convert- ed into an office space and utilised by NHS workers.
Due to other occupants occupying the adjacent building attached, a new floor to ceiling soundproof partition creating an access route was required. New MF ceiling, floor- ing, lighting and interior fit out was needed, including the installation of both mechanical and electrical services in accordance with the clients requirements.
THE RESULT
At Victoria Mill, NHS workers now benefit from a fully functional hub which they can use as they commute up and down the country. The space now consists of an open plan work area, a glass office and a private enclosed office, a kitchen area and toilets.
Acoustic rated corridors were created for access to other businesses and occupants in the building.
